1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns & Replacements
Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return or replacement.
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo/video evidence.
3. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
